After a product becomes obsolete or reaches its end of service life, we de-manufacture a wide range of computers, computer monitors and other electronic equipment down to their basic component level. We partner with several environmentally-friendly companies, including our sister company Novotec Recycling to provide disposal of scrap equipment using policies and procedures that conform to local and federal government regulations. We also provide a wide variety of processing services for the recycling of plastics including grinding, bailing, shredding, pelletizing and blending.

Items we recycle include: answering machines, bar-coding devices, camcorders, compact disc players and tape players, copiers, duplicators, DVD players, electronic typewriters, electronic games, fax machines, GPS devices, hard drives, hubs, laptops, point of sale equipment, telephones and telephone equipment, non-hazardous medical equipment, precious metals, personal computers (CPU, monitors, keyboards, mouse, and peripherals), mainframe computers, microwave ovens, mobile/cell phones, modems, pagers, PDA’s, printers, printed circuit boards, radios, routers, remote controls, scanners, stereos, switches, televisions, VCR’s, test and measurement equipment, transparency makers, two-way radios, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), other consumer electronics, plastic telecom equipment and industrial equipment.

We repair electronic devices, re-certify them and send them back to the customer. We can do this in an advance replacement method, providing our customer with a refurbished product immediately, so they don’t have to wait for the repair.

Our customers are able to minimize their down time with exchanges while products are being serviced. After repair, all components are functionally tested and shipped on time to ensure the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Our board level repair and service capabilities include: Screening, Failure Analysis, Component Diagnosis & Replacement, Functional Testing, 3rd-party Warranty Management, Management of “Defectives” Inventory, Refurbishment, Warranty Screening, NTF Screening, Advanced Exchange Programs, Data Destruction, ECN Changes, and Software or Firmware Updates. Siam Reclaim Technologies’ global sourcing and parts procurements services coordinates with our offices in Asia to locate hard to find or out of production parts from reputable suppliers in a range of industries.We have used our expertise in sourcing and parts procurement to establish relationships with OEM’s and ODM’s.  This results in lower costs for our customers.We use these relationships we have cultivated globally to track down hard to find parts at the lowest possible prices

Siam Reclaim Technologies’ asset recovery services allow us to plan with our customer to determine the practices and policies required for reselling and recycling. We manage all material logistics and provide a physical audit and do a marked value assessment before reselling. Hard drives are sanitized to US Department of Defense standard DOD 5220.22-M and we also facilitate the physical destruction of data storage devices. We will inspect, prepare and report on all equipment that is to be resold while providing EPA compliant recycling services
